The Service
A building survey isn't a tick-box exercise. It's the foundation of a sound decision.

A building survey gives you the technical understanding you need to make a confident decision, whether you're buying, selling, refurbishing, or just trying to understand what you've got.

What we cover.

Every survey we carry out is led by a chartered surveyor who visits the property in person. We assess the structure, fabric, services, and external elements, identify defects and risks, and report back with clear recommendations.

  • RICS Level 3 Building Surveys for older, larger, or more complex buildings
  • RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports for conventional residential properties
  • Commercial building surveys for offices, retail, industrial and mixed-use
  • Pre-acquisition technical due diligence for investors and developers
  • Listed building and heritage condition reports with specialist input

How we report.

Our reports are written in plain English, with the technical detail there for solicitors, lenders, and contractors who need it. Every defect is photographed, located, and given a clear recommendation. We don't pad reports with boilerplate.

Turnaround is typically 5 to 10 working days from inspection, depending on the size and complexity of the building.
