The Service
The contract administrator is the client's eyes on site. That's the whole job.

Once design is signed off and a contractor is appointed, someone needs to make sure the work is delivered to the right standard, on time, and to the agreed price. That's contract administration.

What we do on your behalf.

  • Tender process management, including obtaining and comparing competitive prices
  • Contract preparation using JCT and other industry-standard forms
  • Site inspections during construction to assess progress and quality
  • Valuation of work for interim payments and final account
  • Variations, instructions and extensions of time handled formally
  • Practical completion and the certification process

Independent by design.

The contract administrator's job is to act fairly between client and contractor under the terms of the contract. We don't take referral fees or have arrangements with specific builders. Our independence is the value we bring.
